Yes, they are aware of them and pursue them daily. Some do, but it is not their priority. No, they only perform their duties.

Are your work teams innovating within their areas?

Yes, they always provide new ideas. Generally speaking, they are not very proactive. Rarely. They concentrate on their daily work and their comfort zone.

Do you know if your work team is motivated?

Yes. They seem enthusiastic and passionate about their work. Some look motivated and some don't. Definitely not. There are absentees, medical leaves, internal complaints, among others.
